Great People with a Great Staff @ both locations. Try out the one in Crystal River. There they have a great out door area to sit and relax with friends and get to meet new people. A great place even for a College student to have a place to study while having lunch or Coffee. If you are new to this area this is a must stop.

A must place to visit if you are in Crystal River - just leave a few lobster rolls for us!

I've been going to Cattle Dog for a year or two now. Once lived in NYC and this coffeeshop is like a little oasis. Great food, great drinks, great atmosphere. James is great to chat with and remembers my name. Try to stop by almost everyday. Keep it going!

We learned out Cattle Dog today and stopped for a look. What a pleasant surprise. Great menu, Unique flavorfoul wraps set this apart. Fresh ,healthy fare and the coffees are fantanstic. Very well done.

I'm hooked on Cattle Dog coffee since my first visit to Hernando when I stayed with my brother and sister-in-law. They drink Cattle Dog. I live in Philadelphia but I can't do without it so my brother buys it for me and ships it to me when my supply gets low.

Cattledog is a happening place. Jazz Night last Saturday was wonderful. Norm Bernard and 'Southern Exposure' played some of the sweetest melodies and smoothest vocals I've heard. Thoroughly enjoyable. We can't wait to see them again.

This was the best coffee I ever had when we were visiting from North Carolina. We were shown how they made their coffee, which was very interesting. Highly recommend going here :)

I'm a morning coffee drinker and enjoy the fact that "just like Cheers" I'm called by name when I go in. It really makes me feel that they enjoy my making them a part of my morning. Thecoffee is always fresh and the pastries enticeing.

I cannot believe you left us down here in Tampa and went to open such an amazing shop! You have some of the best coffee and I am now addicted. So start working on the franchise for a Tampa store soon. Best of luck to you both up there.

Cattle Dog is the best coffee I've ever had. Their service is great, every customer is treated kindly and they remember you when you come back. Their special ingredient must be crack, because Im hooked and I have an itchin' for some more!

Starbucks WHO? What an experience, I learned all about what goes into making my favorite drinks and how that other places charges a small fortune. James is an incredible chef to top it all off. His sandwiches are to die for. Linda gets my morning off to a great start. Being a sales rep and on the go all day, a great cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich is a super way to start your day. There great hospitality is what keeps my comming back every morning........

It has now turned into a daily routine for great coffe, terrific service and this time we tried the new sandwiches and salads. They are the best we have had in years! We had the pleasure of meeting meeting James and family while staying in the area. The coffee was the best we've had and his company was even better.

We typically order custom roasted coffees from other specialty coffee houes (none of that battlestar galactica mass produced stuff here!)

If you're considering ordering from Cattledog Coffee Roasters we HIGHLY recommend it.Their coffee is the absolute best.

The Organic Ethiopian Yirgacheffe that I ordered was roasted perfectly and is one of the best cups of coffee I have ever tasted. James and Family are delightful people and have definitely gained my wife and I as cutomers for life.

Had an opportunity to try “Cowboy Coffee” and found it to be very enjoyable.
I understand that it may be “French Press” coffee for the sophisticated coffee
drinker, however, Cowboy Coffee makes it taste even better to me. My thanks
to James, Heather and Linda. Can’t beat fresh roasted and fresh brewed coffee.
